Marketing performance can be affected by many factors outside our control. Unless expressly stated in a signed written agreement, we do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, lead volume, revenue, conversion rates, rankings, or return on investment.
3) Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site. Prohibited conduct includes: (a) violating any applicable law; (b) attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data; (c) interfering with Site operation; (d) introducing malware; (e) scraping or harvesting information without permission; (f) using the Site to transmit unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content.
